My sessions invite you into a comfortable and laid back space where it's all about telling your story, making you feel beautiful, all while combining laughter and cozy nostalgia. I also like to call it capturing core memories. I start by getting to know you, your family and what you're looking for. My goal is to create warm and colorful images that feel deeply personal. It's not about perfection, it's about memorializing these special fleeting moments in life as authentically as possible.
The photos can take place at any location that feels like you and your family, whether it's in the comfort of your own home while I document a special moment of your day, a venue that is close to your heart, or outdoors capturing you and your loved ones in the golden sunset glow.

I’m now focusing on creating more personalized maternity and newborn experiences for families who want timeless artwork and a relaxed, meaningful session. Going forward, my calendar will center around full custom sessions with limited minis solely focusing on Fall and Christmas.

How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you can find parking, and any last minute touches such as face wipes for the baby or adjusting clothes
How do in-home shoots work?
I will arrive 5 minutes early. We will chat ahead of time and map out the rooms with the best lighting and vibes. Notes: Please ensure all rooms we will shoot in are clean and de-cluttered. Also please have all subjects camera ready so we can start on time!
When will I receive my images?
No later than 2 weeks from our session.

I want to print your photos, what size do you recommend?
For my camera, the maximum print size for good quality output (200 dots per inch) amounts to 30 x 20 inches or 76.2 x 50.8 cm, for very good quality (250 dpi) 24 x 16 inches or 61 x 40.6 cm, and for excellent quality (300 dpi) 20 x 13.3 inches or 50.8 x 33.9 cm
Can we go over our alotted time?
I will be setting a timer once the shoot starts and I will end the session after it goes off. If you think you would need more time, please chat with me ahead of the session. You can add extra time in 10 minute increments ($50 for every extra 10 minutes)
How long do you spend editing pictures?
On average for a full hour session, I will spend 3-7 hours editing pictures.
What time should I choose for my session?
The ideal time of day for my editing and style for outdoor photos is during golden hour, which is the hour before sunset.
For in-home sessions, I shoot when the sun is at its highest for natural light, around 11-2pm.
Do you travel outside of north austin for photos?
i shoot anywhere in austin and the following surrounding north areas: georgetown, plugerville, cedar park, leander.

Can I get extra edits to my photos?
If you would like additional photoshop edits beyond what is delivered (minus any reported issues), it will be an additional $15/image. You will be billed prior to making the edits.
What should I wear?
In general, my vibes and editing style are warm and slightly moody.
I love to encourage pops of color! Just stick with no more than 3 colors and then pair with neutrals.
Flowey maxi dresses or whimsical dresses are great for windy and warmer days. Jeans and a cardigan for a more laid back feel. However, I will give you custom tips and suggestions for color themes based on your photoshoot theme, location, and time of year.
*Please avoid all members wearing dark colors (all navy, all black). Due to my moody and warm editing style, if everyone is wearing dark colors, especially outdoors, you will be at risk of blending in with the golden hour / sunset / dark green background.
*For outdoor sessions, please avoid wearing sandals and wear booties/boots to avoid crunchy grass, itchy bugs, etc.

Do you touch up imperfections?
Editing is one of my favorite parts of photography. I spend a significant amount of time making the photos look as good as I can. I will make sure everyone looks their best, including removing imperfections and make your skin glow!
